A Plymouth student has died after falling 8ft (2.4m) over a wall and landing on concrete.
The man, 21, from Surrey, who was studying at the city's university, fell at about 02:15 GMT on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to a property in Sutherland Road, Mutley, where the man was found to have died.
Police are investigating, although it is not thought the death was suspicious. Anyone with information is urged to contact the force.
In a statement, Plymouth University said: "We are shocked and saddened to learn of the death of one of our students following an accident at the weekend.
"Our thoughts are firmly with the family and those closest to the deceased and we are doing everything possible to support fellow students."
