Basman Frame for FRANCE

I am French, and i want to import in France Basman Frame and accessories ...
Or if somebody in Indonesia can directly build and ship to France this kind of Bicycle,

too many guys can build Basman bike like that in Indonesia,,
but I don't know who can ship it to France..
